TITLE SPONSOR FOR THE EVENT B&I CONTRACTORS
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County welcomed 250 guests to its signature fundraising event, Evening at the Ballpark, held at JetBlue Park, for an unforgettable night celebrating youth, community, and opportunity.
The evening began with a lively reception in the concourse, where attendees mingled and enjoyed the electric atmosphere of the stadium. Guests were then invited onto the field for a one-of-a-kind dinner experience under the lights, creating a memorable backdrop for an inspiring program.
A highlight of the night was an engaging on-stage conversation led by Red Sox broadcaster Tom Caron, who interviewed Major League Baseball players Carlos Narváez, Nate Eaton, and Payton Tolle. The players shared personal insights about their journeys, perseverance, and the importance of mentorship—messages that resonated deeply with both adults and youth in attendance. Boys & Girls Club members also joined the discussion, offering powerful perspectives on how the Clubs have shaped their lives.
Guests were especially moved by remarks from the 2026 Youth of the Year, Telicia Carter, and Junior Youth of the Year, Lorenzo Simpson. Their stories of growth, resilience, and ambition underscored the critical role the Boys & Girls Clubs play in empowering young people to reach their full potential.
Fundraising efforts throughout the evening included a silent auction featuring exclusive memorabilia generously donated by the Ted Williams Foundation, as well as a heartfelt “Fund a Mission” call to action. Together, these efforts helped raise an impressive $160,000 to support the ongoing mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County.
