The Alliance for the Arts kicks off its Halloween season with a double feature under the stars. The Rocky Horror Picture Show screens outdoors on the Alliance lawn, and every ticket also includes a one-time walkthrough of Summoning the Damned, the new haunted house opening on campus this October. It is the official opening night of Stage Fright Nights, before the attraction opens to the public.
The evening includes:
- Outdoor screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show — gates at 5:00 p.m., film at dusk
- Exclusive preview walkthrough of the Summoning the Damned haunted house
- Costume contest
- Time Warp dance instruction
- Rocky Horror bingo
- Food trucks, drinks and local vendors
VIP tickets add reserved seating, a drink at the VIP bar, a prop bag, indoor restroom access and priority entry to Curtain Call Carnage on October 18.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket; a limited number of chairs are available to rent. Outside food, beverages and coolers are not permitted, and only service animals are allowed on campus. Parking is limited, so carpooling or rideshare is encouraged. The film and the haunted house are both rated R; the haunted house is recommended for ages 13 and up and includes strobe lights, fog and loud noises.
Tickets and full details are at the Alliance for the Arts ticket page or by calling 239-939-2787.
